Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The item does not match the specifications listed on our website
- You have received the wrong product
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags and packaging intact
Important Notes on Custom Orders
- Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable
- If an order has not yet been delivered, the paid amount cannot be refunded, but it can be used for product exchange

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us right away
- Provide details of the issue
- Record a video while opening the parcel to help speed up the verification process
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Special orders
- Certain personal-use items

Exchanges
To receive a different item:
- Return the original product (subject to approval)
- Place a new order separately
- Your payment will be adjusted accordingly
Refund Process

Portrait & Custom Artwork Policy
- Advance payment is mandatory for custom portraits
- The advance is non-refundable if the client decides not to proceed
- However, the advance can be used to purchase other products from our website
Additional Disclaimer
- Any damage caused by customs authorities will not be eligible for refund or exchange
Refund Payment Method
- Refunds are processed only via Bank Account transfer
