At SIGNATURE MOSAIC, we strive to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival 
  • The item does not match the specifications listed on our website 
  • You have received the wrong product 

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received 
  • Unused and unworn 
  • With original tags and packaging intact 

Important Notes on Custom Orders

  • Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable 
  • If an order has not yet been delivered, the paid amount cannot be refunded, but it can be used for product exchange

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us right away 
  • Provide details of the issue 
  • Record a video while opening the parcel to help speed up the verification process 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products 
  • Special orders 
  • Certain personal-use items

Exchanges

To receive a different item:

  1. Return the original product (subject to approval) 
  2. Place a new order separately 
  3. Your payment will be adjusted accordingly 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection 
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your selected payment method 

Please note that refunds may take some time to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Portrait & Custom Artwork Policy

  • Advance payment is mandatory for custom portraits 
  • The advance is non-refundable if the client decides not to proceed 
  • However, the advance can be used to purchase other products from our website 

Additional Disclaimer

  • Any damage caused by customs authorities will not be eligible for refund or exchange 

Refund Payment Method

  • Refunds are processed only via Bank Account transfer
